You will be part of a wonderful team of about 200 colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Linköping, Mölndal, Trollhättan, and Stenungsund.

What does the role entail?
As a project technician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and service of alarms, access control systems, and CCTV – without the project manager needing to oversee every detail. You will act as the lead technician for the project when required, ensuring that the projects run smoothly and responding to customer inquiries directly.

The projects vary greatly: from short assignments of a few weeks to longer projects lasting months. You will plan your work in consultation with the responsible project designer and will work directly from home.

Job responsibilities may include:

• Independently carry out installations, commissioning, and service assignments
• Act as the technical lead on projects, supporting customers and colleagues
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site
• Communication with project managers, customers, and internal teams
• On-call duty approximately every fourth week

In Stockholm, SafeTeam has offices at Rökerigatan 19 by Globen or Fagerstagatan 18D in Spånga (Lunda industrial area).
Working hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–2:30 PM.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, technically skilled, and service-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and want to develop in a role where you can lead technical projects, manage customers directly, and contribute to the team's collective success.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience working as a service technician
• Experience in commissioning, installation, and service of access control systems, intrusion alarms, or CCTV
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills and knowledge of one or more of the following systems: Aptus, Axema, RCO, Assa, Bewator, ARX, SPC, Galaxy, Teletec Premier, Power, or NEO
• Experience in project planning or management of assembly work
